We offer B2B lead generation services, including but not limited to:

• Cold email campaigns
• LinkedIn outreach automation
• AI-driven sales automation and prospecting
• Verified data sourcing & ICP research
• Market research
• Multi-step outreach sequences
• A/B testing, reporting, and campaign optimisation

All services are provided on a business-to-business basis.

3. Engagement & Responsibilities

• You represent and warrant that you are acting on behalf of a registered business and have authority to engage our services.
• You are responsible for providing any information, access, or approvals necessary for us to deliver the services.
• You agree that any timelines depend on your timely cooperation.

4. Fees & Payment

• Fees for our services will be agreed in writing before commencement.
• Unless otherwise stated, payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.
• Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Data & Compliance

• We comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws. We will process data solely for the purpose of delivering our agreed services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any customer or prospect data you provide complies with all applicable data protection laws.
• We will not be liable for any breaches resulting from data you supply that is incomplete, incorrect, or unlawfully obtained.

6. Intellectual Property

• All campaign strategies, email copy, AI workflows, templates, or other materials we develop remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created for your campaigns.

7. Results Disclaimer

• While we employ best practices and proven methodologies, lead generation inherently involves variables beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results such as the number of leads, meetings booked, or closed sales.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with our services.
• Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of this engagement.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• We may terminate immediately if you fail to pay invoices when due or materially breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
