I previously worked as a Technical Analyst for a Web Hosting company called Catalyst2 Services Ltd.
In my Technical Analyst role, I provided 1st line support to thousands of different companies from around the world. No day was ever the same, and we had a wide array of different support issues that came in every day of the week. One key philosophy of the company is customer service.
